What does the "E" error code mean on my MultiServe?

  • If the display shows an error code of: E02, E05, E08, E09, E16 and E18 you need to unplug the appliance, wait 5 minutes, and plug it back in. You now should perform a descale cycle.
  • If the display shows an error code of: E03, E04, E06, E07, E10, E11, E12, E13, E14, E15 and E17 you need to unplug the appliance, wait 5 minutes, and plug it back in.
  • If the display shows an error code of E21 make sure there is water in the tank, turn the unit off and on again to try and clear the error.
  • If the error does not clear please contact our support team at 1-888-977-3578.
